Expected set of skills for this role:

2+ years of experience as HR/HR Business partner/People Partner (with good experience of direct communication with the foreign clients);

Experience in IT outstaffing/outsourcing industry;

Sound knowledge in HR processes and practical experience in HR retention, T&D, performance evaluation;

Expertise in one-to-one meetings with developers and PMs, Team Leads;

Good problem-solving qualities and ability to defend both interests: employers and clients;

English — Upper Intermediate;

You will be responsible for:

Work with clients, their teams to improve and upscale the level of cooperation;
Сonsulting clients on people management requests;
Provide our clients with professional HR service including onboarding, performance appraisal process for software development teams, T&D activities;
One-to-one meetings with the developers as a part of evaluation procedure;
Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients;
Proactive risk management and implementation of mitigation actions to lower the attrition rate;
